This Privacy Policy applies to SMTN Group ("we", "us", or "our"), the creators of the KidsRay parental control application (the "Service"). Your privacy is our priority. This document explains how we handle data when you use our website and mobile application.
Introduction & Scope
KidsRay is a parental control tool. It is designed for Parents to monitor devices of their Children under their legal guardianship. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account & Payment Information
- Personal Details: Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Payment Data: Transactions are processed via PhonePe. We do not store your UPI PINs or Card CVVs.
B. Child's Device Data (Sensitive Permissions)
The App collects the following only with Parent's explicit permission:
- Precise Location: For live tracking and geofencing.
- Surround Audio & Screen Mirroring: For remote monitoring in critical moments.
- App Usage: List of installed apps and screen time logs.
- Device Info: Battery status, network, and OS version.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Services
To keep our basic services free, we show advertisements. We work with third-party partners who may collect non-sensitive data (like Device ID, IP Address, or Ad-Interactions) to show relevant ads.
Google AdMob
Used for serving ads on Android. Google may use your mobile ad ID for personalized advertising.
Google Privacy PolicyMeta Audience Network
We show ads from Facebook/Meta advertisers. They use cookies and identifiers to track ad performance.
Meta Privacy PolicyAppLovin (MAX)
We use AppLovin for rewarded video ads (Watch ad to unlock features).

Our secure payment partner for all premium subscription handling.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Important: SMTN Group DOES NOT sell or share your child's sensitive monitoring data (Location, Audio, Screen) with advertisers. This data is strictly for the Parent's use.
We use end-to-end encryption for live streams and secure cloud servers to protect all information from unauthorized access.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our app is designed for parents to protect children. We comply with COPPA guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's consent and control. All monitoring data is owned and managed by the Parent.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refund Policy:
As per our company policy, once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for these offerings.
