By accessing our website or installing the KidsRay application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Lawful Use & Guardianship

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: KidsRay is strictly a parental control tool. You explicitly agree that you will only install this software on devices owned by you, and used by children for whom you are the legal parent or guardian.

Using this application to monitor individuals without their consent or legal right (such as spouses, employees, or adults) is strictly prohibited and violates these Terms. SMTN Group reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of illegal monitoring.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier & Ads: Parts of our service may be offered for free, supported by advertisements from third-party networks (like Google AdMob). By using the free tier, you agree to the display of these ads.
• Premium Plans: We offer premium subscriptions for advanced features (e.g., Audio/Screen Mirroring).
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, PhonePe. We do not store your payment credentials.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SMTN Group makes no warranties regarding the absolute continuous availability of the app, GPS accuracy, or real-time delivery of notifications, as these depend on third-party networks, device battery, and OS restrictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SMTN Group, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
