Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the services provided by SMTN Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including subscriptions to the KidsRay parental control application ("Service").

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your KidsRay premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, the Service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). No further payments will be charged after your cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy for SMTN Services

Since the KidsRay application provides real-time digital services and instant premium features upon subscription, SMTN Group operates on a non-refundable basis after the completion of the 7-day refund period.

However, we offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund period to ensure our service meets your needs.

Conditions for Refund: If you are not satisfied with the KidsRay premium features for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription amount if you raise a refund request within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.

This refund policy applies only to new subscriptions. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. In cases where the SMTN services (like IT consultations) are partially completed, refunds will be processed based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Refund Request Process

Once your request is received, our support team will verify the details and initiate the refund. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days.

4. Refund Fulfillment

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (the PhonePe account, UPI, card, or bank account used for the initial purchase). We aim to process approved refunds within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
